Tom has over 30 years of experience working with high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. In the early part of his career at Bear Stearns, Tom worked with banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, family offices, and private money managers on their equity investments. He also worked with many of the largest state pension funds in the country for over 25 years.

Tom has worked with numerous senior managements of public and private corporations and was actively involved with over 150 IPOs, secondaries and PIPEs during his career. Tom has also worked for numerous boutique investment banks, including Roth Capital Partners in Newport Beach, CA. Tom has traveled extensively with senior managements of both public and private U.S. companies, as well as Chinese companies, organizing hundreds of investment meetings with public and private investors in the United States.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business.
